Fitness Friday: Weekly Workout Round Up #16

This week was much better with workouts than the past couple have been.  Things are definitely getting to be more difficult (hello tiny feet in my rib cage) but I’m working with what I’ve got!  Wednesday was a rest day Image may be NSFW.

Monday: CrossFit

Strength

8 x 3
Back Squat – I did 125lbs

Conditioning

AMRAP 5:
250m Row
10x Burpeees

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP 5:
5x Strict Pull-ups
10x Wallballs (20#/14#)

I got 73 total reps in the work out (250m row = 1 rep). Burned about 500 calories in 60 minutes (forgot my HR monitor).

 Tuesday: CrossFit

Strength

Bench Press
4 x 5 – I did 65lbs

Conditioning

20x Ring Dips
20x Box Jump (24″/20″)
400m run
30x push-ups
30x box jumps (24″/20″)
400m run
40x push presses (45#/35#)
40x abmat situps
400m run

Finished in 19:58.  Burned 721 calories in 72 minutes.

Thursday – CrossFit

Strength

10 Minutes of Squat Clean technique – I did 100lbs

 Conditioning

EMOM 10:
2x Power Cleans @ 70%
8x Burpees (I did 5 strict burpees – dropping down into the top of a push up position, and jumping back up)

Burned 481 in 57 minutes.

Friday – CrossFit

Strength

Front Squat
7 x 3 – I did 80lbs

Conditioning

3 rounds for time
400 meter run (I rowed instead of running)
1.5 pood/ 1 pood Kettlebell swing x 21 – used 16kg bell
Pull-ups 12 reps – I did ring rows instead

Finished in 13:16. Burned 605 in 64 minutes.
