10 Minutes of Squat Clean technique – I did 100lbs
Conditioning
EMOM 10:
2x Power Cleans @ 70%
8x Burpees (I did 5 strict burpees – dropping down into the top of a push up position, and jumping back up)
Burned 481 in 57 minutes.
Friday – CrossFit
Strength
Conditioning
400 meter run (I rowed instead of running)
1.5 pood/ 1 pood Kettlebell swing x 21 – used 16kg bell
Pull-ups 12 reps – I did ring rows instead
Finished in 13:16. Burned 605 in 64 minutes.
